What is the warranty on your products?

If you receive products that are damaged, please send us an email as soon as possible with a photo and your order number. You can of course always contact us if you have any doubts about the condition of your item. Our warranty period is 2 months from the date of purchase, this does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear scratches
  • Damaged products due to impact (bumps, falls, scratches)
  • Incorrect use of the products, see product details for our advice
  • Adjustments to products by an external party outside House 33 Amsterdam
  • Unfortunately, lost products cannot be reimbursed; we need the damaged product to provide compensation or repair

What should I do if my tableware is damaged during delivery?

Please contact us within 2 days of receipt and send photos of the damaged items including your order number. We will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Is your tableware dishwasher and microwave safe?

Our tableware is dishwasher, oven and microwave safe, please refer to the product information for more specific details.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including Ideal, credit card and Paypal. You can choose an option at checkout. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further payment details.

How can I contact your customer service?

How can I best maintain and clean the tablecloths or napkins?

All our fabric table decorations are made of 100% cotton and can therefore be washed in the washing machine. To enjoy your products for as long as possible, we recommend washing the products at 30 degrees with the same colors. Do you have questions about this? Please contact us, we are happy to help you!

Do you offer personalized tableware?

We currently do not offer personalized tableware, but who knows in the future!

Are there discounts available for larger orders?

Certainly! We offer value sets that include tableware and/or napkins for a discounted price. Be sure to take a look!

Do you have a physical store where I can view the tableware before purchasing?

We currently only operate online and do not have a physical store. However, you can always send us a message for more product photos or questions!
