What is the delivery time for my order?

We do our best to ship orders within 3 to 5 business days of the order date. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can track the delivery status.

What are the shipping costs?

We ship all packages within the Netherlands with DHL. Shipping costs are calculated when you pay for your order.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a track & trace code by email with which you can track your order. Didn't you receive anything? Please contact us by email. We are happy to help you!

Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?

You can contact our customer service to ask whether changes or cancellations are still possible, depending on the status of your order.

What is the return policy if I am not satisfied with products?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can register products within 14 days of receipt and return them in their original condition and packaging.

We will not accept products that have been used, damaged due to improper use, or products returned after the 14-day return period. The shipping costs for your return are at your expense.

What should I do if my tableware is damaged during delivery?

Please contact us within 2 days of receipt and send photos of the damaged items including your order number. We will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

What is the warranty on your products?

If you receive products that are damaged, please send us an email as soon as possible with a photo and your order number. You can of course always contact us if you have any doubts about the condition of your item. Our warranty period is 2 months from the date of purchase, this does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear scratches
  • Damaged products due to impact (bumps, falls, scratches)
  • Incorrect use of the products, see product details for our advice
  • Adjustments to products by an external party outside House 33 Amsterdam
  • Unfortunately, lost products cannot be reimbursed; we need the damaged product to provide compensation or repair
